Completion Date: 01/10/2010 With the experience we had with Indawo, Indawo were one of 3 reputable contractors we selected to quote on Bertha Court. Indawo came in the cheapest and were awarded the job by the trustees. The relevant people in charge of the project were always readily available. Every time we visited the site they were compliant with the Health and Safety Act and also requested us to sign the necessary documentation. While they were on site we pointed out some concerns that were not quote on, and they addressed them without charging the body corporate. There were some challenges when hydroblasting the building, but Indawo assisted in rectifying the problems. Indawo stuck to their contract time frame and they were comfortable with the body corporate settling their account only once we were satisfied with the work. They also assisted where the other contractor (plumber) did not complete their work.

The Durbanville Children's Home has received generous support from Indawo over the past few years. The CEO of Indawo Mr Peter Jäckis a passionate member of our fundraising and marketing sub committee and has give strategic guidance pertaining to marketing and fundraising for the Children's home over a number of years. Indawo has also on a consistent basis assist the children's home with maintenance of our structures. We are most impressive with the precision, consistency and care (even though the work is done for charity) with which they do work for the Durbanville Children's Home.

We run our own business and set extremely high standards of service and very rarely, if ever, do we receive the same from the service providers we come in contact with. However, you guys rally take the cake! I'm not one that is given much to drama, but the risk posed by the roof leaking onto our computer equipment was literally enough to destroy our business as we are a virtual entity and are completely dependent on our IT infrastructure. To add insult to injury the water coming into our dining room was just the proverbial cherry on top. And so enter Indawo, you really were like knights in shining armour. It is so rare that people do what they say they will, when they say they willbut true to form Johan Swartz was here within an hour as promised. He has such a calming effect on the whole situation, he exuded an air of complete control and professionalism which immediately put me at ease because I knew instantly it was only a matter of time before the crisis would be resolved. Johan was an absolute star, armed with his digital camera (which I thought was a brilliant touch) he went about his business with minimum fuss, kept me informed of the entire process and most conducted himself leads me to believe that this is not a once off experience and that in fact anyone who has the pleasure of dealing with Johan will walk away from the experience feeling the same way I do. Good stuff guys, you deserve all the riches that exemplary, competent service will inevitably bestow on you.
