This certifies that INDAWO CAPE PTY LTD, INDAWO, registration number 15001, is in compliance with the provisions of Collective Agreement for the Building Industry, as at 20-09-2011.

In terms of Clause 6A(3) of the above Collective Agreement the parties to an agreement to subcontract, must be in good standing and will need to obtain a certificate each time that work is subcontracted.

Employers are reminded that in terms of Clause 6(3) of the above Collective Agreement that they shall notify the Council in writing of any change in particulars furnished on registration or of ceasing operations in the industry within 14 days of such change or of ceasing operations.

• The registration certificate is not transferable.
• The registration will lapse if there is a name change of the contractor, change in ownership or non-compliances with the Act.
• The registration is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.
